The difference between wooden piano paint box and high glossy wooden box in the technology and effect.

For the technology:

High glossy wooden box refers to its paint technology. The surface paint is varnish. When spraying is completed, the brightness is formed.

Wooden piano paint box, the painwork on the paino is used on the wooden box. The effect is the same as the piano.

For the effect:

1.Luminance

High gloss products, the reflection of painting, especially the slightly distant objects on the surface of the reflection, it will be distortion and deformation. Look closely the surface is some orange peel wavy.

Wooden piano paint box is smooth and brightness as mirror.

2.The thickness of paint film

The film thickness of piano painting process is greater than 1MM. It can stand up to repeated, flat as mirror.

The thickness of the high gloss finish is less than a third of that of the piano finish. The degree of fullness and flatness cannot be compared with piano lacquer.

3.Hardesss

Piano lacquer products is harder than high gloss products.
